How to Plant Papaya  木瓜栽種方法 

1. soak the papaya seeds for one night. 將木瓜種子浸水一晚

2. rub off the membrane with a piece of cloth. 用布抹去種子外層的薄膜

3. place the seed on top of the soil. spray the soil wet, and cover with thin cloth to shield sunlight and keep moisture. ( the sprouting temperature for papaya is 25 °C )
將種子放在土上，將土壤噴濕，再覆蓋一層薄布遮光和保濕（木瓜發芽的最適合溫度，是攝氏 25 度）

4. it takes about three to four days for the papaya to sprout. it is time to remove the cloth.
大約三到四天後，木瓜會發芽，此時可將薄布移走

5. when the papaya sprout has two leaves, it can be moved into a big pot.
當木瓜苗長出兩片葉子，即可移植到大花盆中

6. place in partly sunlight.  可放在樹下等有部分陽光的位置，以免木瓜苗被曬傷

Papaya Recipe  木瓜食譜

​1. prepare one cup of papaya and one cup of soymilk  準備一杯木瓜塊，和一杯豆奶

2. add orange juice, blueberry, strawberry, or maple syrup to your liking
依個人喜好加入柳橙汁、冷凍藍莓、草莓，或楓糖

3. blend until smooth in a blender. it is ready to serve! 在果汁機中打勻。完成！
