How to Plant Cucumber  小黃瓜栽種方法 


小黃瓜適合的土壤類型：有適當肥份的泥炭土

1. grow best at temperature 20~30 ℃.   適合在平均氣溫 20~30 ℃ 時栽種

2. cover the seeds with 1 cm deep soil. place in sufficient sunlight. 播種時，上覆約 1 cm 的土，擺放於日照充足的環境

3. two to three weeks after sprouting, it can be moved to a big pot. 發芽後 2~3 週，可移植到大花盆中

4. when there are at least six leaves, it is time to add support like sticks or nets 長出六到八片葉子後，需要增加支架或網子支撐

5. five to seven days after the bloom, the cucumber is ready for harvest.  開花後五到七天，就可採摘小黃瓜

​1. 用削皮刀，將小黃瓜削成薄透的長條片狀  slice cucumber into thin stripes using a peeler.

2. 加上一些核桃  mix with walnuts

3. 再淋些芝麻沙拉醬 top with some sesame dressing

4. 小黃瓜生菜沙拉完成！ cucumber walnut salad is ready to serve!
